We also conduct non-accredited courses and issue Statements of Attainments and Verification of Competency Certificates (VoC).
We assist our clients in identifying their training needs, and then recommend ways to develop the skills of their workforce.
Our list of services is illustrated below
Individual Verification Of Competence assessments can be tailored to suit your drilling rigs or equipment and an ADTO assessor can come to site to verify the individuals competence in understanding and operating the rig or equipment safely and issue a VOC certificate .
Our drilling industry training and assessments are in line with the Resources and Infrastructure Industry Training Package, incorporating units of competency for all of the different drilling operations.
Training and assessment materials are moderated regularly to meet all Australian Qualifications Training Framework (AQTF) Standards or VET sector requirements: which means that qualifications gained are current and recognised throughout Australia. All training is outcome-based and appropriate to the Drilling Industry, with a focus on achieving measurable changes in the workplace.
RPL is an assessment process which assesses an individual’s formal and informal learning to determine the extent to which the individual has achieved the required learning outcomes, competency outcomes, or standards for entry to, and/or partial, or total completion of, a nationally recognised qualification.
You must be currently employed in, or if not, can gain authorised access to an operational drilling team while undertaking your Recognition of prior Learning process. This requires the assessment evidence to be from the present or the very recent past.
Under unique situations, this is needed sometimes to conduct skills gap training. Options for completing training can be discussed between the Trainer/Assessor and the student. As part of the RPL assessment process, the Trainer/Assessor may determine extra training is required in one or more units to achieve the whole qualification.
